If your brother has a wireless router, he can connect to shop channel through that way instead of using the usb connector.
well if you guys have a router you dont need a wifi usb just go to internet options on your system settings and select wireless connection and click on search for an acces point and just find yours and if it succesfully connects then you can add your wii points in wii shop channel
you dont need a wifi whatever …all you need is internet wireles or local…doesnt matter…but then u buy the points
