Oh and usb connector is the little black thing you put in the controller slot that has a little red dot at the end that blinks. Thats what im talking about.

I have just purchased a new Nintendo WiFi USB connector. Everything installed fine, and when I bring it up and try to connect with my DS the program shows that it recognizes my DS and the "Setupis complete." But when the connection test starts, it shows three green bars on my DS and on my computer and all looks good until it stops and says Error Code: 52003, Unable to obtain IP Address. The tech support online is no help. Is my having Windows Vista causing this? I thought that if it weren’t compatible that the program wouldn’t have installed at all. Anyway, what should I do?

I recently bought a Nintendo USB Wi-Fi connector to use with my Wii, but when I try a connection test on my Wii, it comes up with an error message

"Error code: 51340. Unable to connect to the internet. Choose Internet settings and then confirm your selection".

I use the Zone Alarm Firewall and have allowed the Wi-Fi program that installed with the connector to access the net. When I turn off the firewall, it works perfectly! Obviously, this isn’t ideal, using the internet without a firewall is just plain silly. What do I need to do to my firewall to let my the program connect? Please help!
(In response to question below)

The Windows firewall is turned off (it’s rubbish anyway) but thanks.

This Wifi adapter didnt have good range, so i added up an antenna which helped alot. I didnt show how did i find the spot for the antenna in this video but i will tell you how to find it. You NEED TO LOCATE the point for the antenna, you can do that by stripping your dongle down and look for an obvious antenna points and while its connected touch a metal piece (i used a screw driver) to one of those points and hold firm there and check if your signals improves, once you find that specific spot, solder a piece of wire to it and you got ur self an antenna.
