I am thinkin about buying a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector to connect my Wii to the internet, but I don’t have a router. Do I need one in order to connect?

I’m trying to connect to the internet using a wireless connection i have the wii console and a cable modem and a computer and i know i need a router and im getting one but i can’t find the nintendo wi-fi usb connector. where can i buy it and for how much?

I tried installing the Nintendo Wi-fi USB Connector with the latest software from Nintendo (1.07) and once I finished installing, my internet stopped working. Once I uninstalled it, my internet works again. I wish there was a wi-fi router but I don’t have one. Does anyone know an easy way to fix it?

Ok guys, Well tomorrow i am planning on going and buying a Nintendo wifi usb connector.

And i was wondering in order to use this do i need wireless broadband or whatever?

Right now my family computer is using hi – speed internet connected to a router connected by a dsl cord on the wall? If i put the USB in my computer wil it work ok?
