Is there a transformer or converter that can connect a laptop's AC Adapter plug to a USB connector?

I know there are tons of USB to AC Adapter ones, but I need the opposite; AC Adapter plug to a USB connector. I’m going to use a laptop on the airplane, but Delta only has USB powerports on Economy. Also, please tell me where they might available.
