  • jmherndz:

    To use the TEW-648UB, you need to install the driver software in the computer to recognize the adapter. The XBOX 360 is not supported for this adapter. An alternative is by using the TEW-647GA to get your XBOX 360 connected using a network cable, then the TEW-647GA will connect wireless-N to your router.

  • chavo4684:

    would it work on an xbox 360?

  • Pixelpro80:

    @Avak26
    You don’t have to push the WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) button to connect to the router. WPS is an optional feature.

    With the TEW-648UB you can connect to any router using 802.11b/g/n technology. The TEW-648UB comes with a wireless utility that helps you connect to surrounding wireless networks and also manage different wireless profiles.

    Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Do i have to push the router button to connect and how far can i be at max?
    This is rather neat, it would be nice for some online games, but can i connect to random routers?

  • hardypanchal:

    Does anyone know if this wireless card would have the same distance range as a regular size(3″) USB wireless card w/ an antenna? or if anybody knows the distance range of this product, please post here, thanks…

  • Pixelpro80:

    @MrTimmofy You need to configure your wireless router with wireless security in order to prevent unauthorized users from connecting.

    Let us know if you have any additional questions.
