Mini USB Connector

I have a USB connector for my DSi! Im trying to connect to the internet! I installed the CD, pluged in the USB connector and ‘Granted Permission’ on my computer for my DSi but it says on the DSi when I try to connect "Error code 051303 – 1"

PLEASE HELP!
